{From the quietest snowed-in weekend to a time zone hop over seas (or on them!), cycling to SCUBA to stargazing, an early morning start for the peak or a long day of lazy sun worshipping. I love a trek so far from home I can’t read the alphabet as much as diving into a city like a second skin. As a former professional cook I revel in new tastes, and as a nerd I love wine. Every water thing is a joy for me, but so is baking in the heat or whizzing through chill air. We can wear ourselves out, deeply rejuvenate or both.
